The transposium will take place on June 25-28 in North Carolina and will feature the DV-UM3 tread, recommended for the school transportation sector.
Vipal Rubber will be one of the exhibitors at the 64th NC Public Transportation Transposium, which will take place on June 25-28 at the Embassy Suites Convention Center in North Carolina. Organized by the North Carolina Pupil Transportation Association, the transposium brings together different sectors related to school transportation.
Vipal Regional Manager Antonio Brito, and Vipal Technical and Commercial Representative Leonardo Oliveira, will be at the brand's booth to welcome visitors and demonstrate all the features of the Vipal DV-UM3 exclusively designed tread for radial tires in drive or trailer axles. Ideally for urban areas, its design provides excellent drive with low rolling resistance and has been designed to minimize the retention of rocks and other undesirable objets as well, delivering a higher damage protection to the casing.
Grooves designed to minimize the retention of rocks and other objects. The DV-UM3 offers a wider area of contact with the ground, higher mileage and lower heat generation, which contributes to preserve the casing and enables a longer tire life. It is also available in the ECO version. “Due to its characteristics the DV-UM3 is more than adequate for school transportation vehicles, and that is why we want to feature this tread during the NC Public Transportation Transposium,” said Gabriel Fuma, Vipal NAFTA Commerical Manager.
